Adding an Additional FTP User Account

Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting third-party applications is outside the scope of basic support provided by Starburst Services.

This will walk you thru creating an Additional FTP User Account.

STEP 1

From the Main Menu on the Left Side, Click on **File Management**

STEP 2

From the pulldown menu, Click on **FTP Accounts**

STEP 3

Screen will show the hosting accounts Default FTP Account, which is the Control Panels Login Username and password.
Path is to the Main Directory.
**To Add an Additional FTP User Account:**
Click on **Create FTP Account**

STEP 4

**4-1**: Enter 8 Character User Name
**4-2**: Enter Password, or you can click on the Key Symbol to Auto Generate a Password.
**4-3**: Re-Enter Password
**4-4**: Click on Save
